About me 

Since childhood, I've harbored a keen interest in understanding how things operate and the mechanics behind them. After leaving school, I embarked on a journey fixing outboard motors, progressing to garden machinery and tractors, before finding myself in the construction industry, specializing in roadworks and eventually ascending to a leadership position in traffic management.

However, the constant public scrutiny and dissatisfaction inherent in the roadworks industry became overwhelming. It was during this time, while owning an iPhone 5s with a broken screen, that I encountered the exorbitant repair costs – a shop quoting £135. Determined to find a solution, I ordered the necessary parts and successfully repaired the device. This experience, coupled with assisting friends with their phone and tablet issues while maintaining my day job, sparked a realization.

I made the daunting decision to venture out on my own, leaving the security of my career behind. I take immense pride in my workmanship, ensuring meticulous attention to detail in every repair. Unlike other shops, I refuse to compromise on quality by using substandard parts, a practice that often leaves customers frustrated and dissatisfied.

Each device I work on contains a multitude of screws, each unique in size and shape. I painstakingly ensure that every component is reassembled correctly, adhering to the highest standards of craftsmanship.

It's worth noting that I don't subscribe to the notion of rapid screen replacements in 30 minutes, as such haste compromises the integrity of the repair process. Quality takes precedence over speed, and I stand by this principle.
